Sourcing Method

We have our own Data bank (Manual & Computerised Data base) for sourcing candidates (being a reputed manpower supplying agency daily several candidates Registered their candidature personally, by fax or courier, email) as well as our associates working all over india. In case of special categories, we advertise in the leading local newspapers (all India Editions) and the response we receive owing to our honourable reputation and track record is overwhelming. Preliminary shortlisting is done and candidates are notified via telephone/mail and in case of outstation candidates through telegrams and / or letters courier, requesting them to report to our office for assesment by our highly qualified technical consultants.

Availability of Specialists

We have both full time specialists (Industry Specialists/ Technical Consultants ) and others on retainership basis. They have wide experience in IT/ ITES, FMCG, Telecom, Construction, Engg, Manufacturing, Trading, Healthcare etc.

Selection Procedures

A) Documents:

We collect two sets of documents from every candidate and the following details are collected from the candidate.
1. AGENCY APPLICATION FORM
2. PASSPORT COPIES: NAME, AGE, ADDRESS, PLACE OF ISSUE, DATE OF ISSUE VALIDITY OF PASSPORT, DETAILS OF MOTHER, FATHER, SPOUSE & CHILDREN. (For Overseas)
3. RESUME OF THE CANDIDATE
4. WORK EXPERIENCE CERTIFICATE
5. EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION CERTIFICATE
6. TECHNICAL QUALIFICATION CERTIFICATES
7. DRIVING LICENCE IF ANY (preferably GCC countries)
8. TWO PASSPORT SIZE RECENT PHOTOGRAPHS (preferably on white background)

B) SCRUTINITY OF CV'S ALONGWITH DOCUMENTS

All preliminary scrutinising of CV's alongwith testimonials are done by highly experienced staff (Recruitment Coordinators) to check whether the candidate has given all his documents and to verify whether the candidate has the basic qualification for the relevant categories advertised.

C) WRITTEN TEST (FOR ENGINEERS / SUPERVISORS / FOREMAN / TECHNICIAN / SKILLED WORKERS) :

At the time of interview some companies conduct examinations for accessing the competencies of engineers, during this process all there certificates are also scrutinized by the interviewing staff.

D) SCREENING AND SHORTLISTING OF CV's BY INDUSTRY SPECIALISTS / TECHNICAL CONSULTANTS:

Screening, assessment and short listing for the data bank or for presenting candidates for final interview is done by our highly experienced technical consultants and if required sent for trade-testing. Candidates are graded as per their professional & general knowledge, appearance, ability to adopt. etc.

E) FINAL SELECTION BY CLIENTS:

The candidates shortlisted by us are then presented to the clients or their authorized representatives for final selection. If entrusted, we are also capable of conducting final selection independently if proper job specifications are provided, ensuring the most stringent theoretical and practical trade tests (Applicable in case of Overseas). As already mentioned, we maintain the highest standards of selection of candidates without any partiality, strictly on their merit and officially submit trade-test reports for each candidate.

* APPLICABLE TO OVERSEAS RECRUITMENTS:-

4) MEDICAL EXAMINATION FACILITIES:

We send candidates for medical examination only to Doctors who are registered and are on the approved panel of the UAE/SAUDI/QATAR/OMAN/KUWAIT CONSULATE. We have our registered Doctor who has well equipped clinic to conduct complete medical check-ups of the candidate.

5) MOBILISATION PERIOD:

We need a minimum of two weeks to mobilize candidates after selection and receipt of visa for actual deployment.
